What is LockNutri?

Friso’s LockNutri Process Technology™ enables protein in formula to be preserved in their natural form, so that it can be readily absorbed by your child. Find out more about how LockNutri can benefit your little ones.

The importance of LockNutri

Foods are often processed with high heat and as a result, the natural structure of proteins gets damaged or destroyed. The same goes for milk formula. Once proteins are damaged, they may not be easily absorbed and may cause your child to suffer from protein indigestion and general stomach discomfort1.

LockNutri was designed to eliminate just this problem. This technology uses mild heat treatment during the formula production process, so that proteins are preserved closer to their native structures. The nutrient can then be effectively absorbed by the body. Proteins play an important role in muscle, skin and bones. It helps in tissue building and growth and is a component in red blood cells. Building this strong foundation keeps your little ones safe from the inside out.

Selected consumers perception

A Chinese consumer survey found that parents of children on Friso reported less hard stools and immunity-related problems2. In fact, a survey done among healthcare professionals in accordance with the outcomes of the China consumer survey showed that Friso is recommended in Southeast Asia and Russia for children who are prone to minor digestive problems3

Happy child, happier experiences

Your child is constantly exposed to new and exciting things in the world and we want to make the most out of their discovery years. A healthy digestive system means that your child is less stressed and will have energy and spirit to enjoy all kinds of activities with you. After all, it’s really the little things in life that matter the most.
